QI and Patient Safety

  • Organize QI & PS educational and reporting activities for DHM including and not limited to:
    • Division Safety Event Review
    • Quarterly DHM Grand Round to review QIPS updates and Vizient Quality Data
    • Case Review and Analysis Conferences
  • Provide guidance and support for DHM QI projects  
  • Set Division-wide Quality Goals that align with BJH’s MSAP (Measuring Success Action Plan) Goals
  • Partner with DHM Operations, DHM IDEAS, BJH, BJC, and WUSM to advance shared QIPS priorities
