IDEAS at Department of Medicine (DOM) Programming
IDEAS at DOM hosts 7 programs: AWAM, FWIM, Fellowship Initiative, HEaR, MEDA, OUTmed, and Residency Initiative. These programs aim to create community, enhance mentorship, and build safe spaces for people from various backgrounds. The programs focus on trainees, faculty, and staff.
