- Improve Hospital Medicine and General Medicine workflows within the EMR, including note templates, team list structures, reports, and patient dashboards

- Improve awareness and use of existing efficiency tools in BJH EMR systems (primarily Epic) via monthly division meetings and direct provider engagement
- Guide divisional, departmental, and hospital-wide EMR improvements with a committee of expert bedside clinicians and educators
