Michael Veshkini, MD, is an Instructor in Medicine in the Division of Hospital Medicine, where he primarily cares for patients directly on the hospitalist service – including the general inpatient, Oncology, and BMT services.  His clinical interests include point-of-care ultrasound and Advance Care Planning. He has an interest in teaching and mentorship of students and residents and is involved in the recruitment of internal medicine resident candidates as an interviewer. He has QI interests in improving patient distribution to the appropriate services.
