Many Hospitalists Receive Excellent Patient Feedback from July and August

Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University prioritize patient feedback and make an effort to consistently reach out to patients after their discharge to gain insight on their hospital stay. For the months of July and August, several patients expressed that members of the Division of Hospital Medicine provided them with outstanding care and made a significant impact on their experience.

Dr. Jeffrey Choi’s patient said, “I want to recognize Dr. Jeffrey Choi. He was very kind, he gave me his attention and cheerfully answered any questions I had, even a dumb one.” Dr. Jaspur Coleman and Dr. Alyssa Moller also had a patient who expressed gratitude for their excellent care, saying “I want to recognize my inpatient medicine doctors for being outstanding. They were very attentive and thorough in their explanations. They helped me a lot.”
