In the sophomore year of the APC Fellowship Program, two fellows are joining the Division of Hospital Medicine. We are delighted to welcome Amanda Airaghi, PA-S and Tabitha Gruskowski, NP.

Amanda completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Mississippi State University in May of 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sciences with a minor in Biological Sciences from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Amanda has extensive experience in healthcare, having worked as a patient care technician at Barnes Jewish Hospital and as an emergency department medical scribe across multiple facilities.

Tabitha is an accomplished nursing professional, with a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Adult Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Saint Joseph’s College in Maine. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences from Stonehill College. Since 2021, Tabitha has worked as a Registered Nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she also served as a Clinical Nursing Instructor.
