Maya Fiore

Clinical Research Coordinator

Maya Fiore, BA, is a graduate from Washington University in St. Louis, where she majored in Neuroscience and minored in Global Health and the Environment. Before working in the Division of Hospital Medicine, Maya assisted with both public health and bench lab research efforts. Now, as a Research Coordinator, she is assisting with quality improvement studies focused on care transitions, POCUS, and overall patient experience. She hopes to continue this type of research in medical school and beyond. Areas of interest include health literacy, QI studies, and lifestyle medicine.

Airest Wilson is a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator within the Division of Hospital Medicine. With a passion for advancing research, he plays a crucial role in various projects by facilitating data collection, monitoring, and interpretation. Airest demonstrates his dedication to research by focusing on attention to detail and his adeptness in collaborating effectively with research teams. He has notably contributed to the CT Trust project, where he worked on connecting patients with their hospitalists and PCPs before discharge to facilitate communication during the transition of care process. Airest aspires to further pursue a career in research, driven by his desire to contribute to the discovery of new knowledge and solutions to important problems.
