Amanda Airaghi, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant Fellow in the Division of Hospital Medicine at WashU Medicine. Amanda completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Mississippi State University in May of 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sciences with a minor in Biological Sciences from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Amanda has extensive experience in healthcare, having worked as a patient care technician at Barnes Jewish Hospital and as an emergency department medical scribe across multiple facilities. She is certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS, OSHA standards, IHI, CITI, and oral health. Active in professional organizations such as the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Mississippi Academy of Physician Assistants, Amanda also served as the treasurer for her PA program's class of 2025. Her volunteer work includes contributions to the St. Patrick Center and Amazing Grace Women's Shelter, reflecting her dedication to community service.

Kim Boyer, DNP, APRN is a dual certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care and Family Nurse Practitioner with the Division of Hospital Medicine at Washington University St. Louis School of Medicine. Her duties are split as a provider within Barnes-Jewish Hospital/WUSM and with Goldfarb School of Nursing where she is an instructor in the AGACNP/DNP program. She is passionate about global health and addressing health care disparities stateside as well as in developing countries, partnering with organizations in Central America and Africa to provide free medical care to their citizens. She also holds a position with the US Department of Health and Human Services on a Disaster Medical Assistance Team (DMAT) deploying to areas impacted by disruptions to usual healthcare operations, most recently serving in Florida during Hurricane Ian.

Cynthia Brown DNP, FNP-BC, is a Nurse Practitioner with the Division of Hospital Medicine at Washington University St. Louis School of Medicine. She works primarily at The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis (TRISL) providing Internal Medicine consults for the Washington University St. Louis Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation teams with goals of improving medical care, preventing errors, addressing acute medical issues and preventing Acute Care Transfers.

Melissa Bunfill joined the division in 2023. She began her nursing journey in 2011, as a student nurse technician at Barnes Jewish West County Hospital (BJWCH). She then became a Registered Nurse for BJWCH in 2012 and continued through 2016. From 2016-2021, Melissa served as the Lead Charge Nurse and House Supervisor for BJWCH. In 2021, she transitioned to Oak Street Health, later continuing on to Summit Rejuvenation Center, before returning to Barnes-Jewish Hospital/WashU. Melissa has interests in patient care, providing resources for underserved populations, and participating in interdisciplinary teams to formulate plans of care for patients.

C.J. Butler, PA-C, ATC is a Physician Assistant within the Division of Hospital Medicine at Washington University. C.J. began his career as a high school athletic trainer working with the athletes of Collinsville High School for three years after receiving his Master of Athletic Training from Saint Louis University. Ultimately, C.J. went back to SLU and received his Physician Assistant, Master of Medical Science degree in 2023. C.J. is committed to providing comprehensive patient-centered care and developing plans specific for each individual person.

Jennifer Feldmann MSN, ACNP-BC is an acute care nurse practitioner within the Division of Hospital Medicine at WashU School of Medicine.  She joined the Division of Hospital Medicine initially in 2010 and brings 28 years of critical care nursing and advanced practice experience.  Other experience includes Medical Director of Advanced Practice with BJCMG and lead Advanced Practice Provider on the Hospital Medicine service line council. Jennifer's interests outside clinical practice are Advanced Practice leadership and Advanced Practice Fellowships to assist in successful transition from novice to experienced Advance Practice Provider.

Hannah Gill, PA-C, MMS is a Physician Assistant within the Division of Hospital Medicine at Washington University.  She holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and received her Physician Assistant, Master of Medical Science degree from St. Louis University in 2023. She completed a PA Fellowship in March of 2025. Previous research interests include the antimicrobial potential of synthetic ion channels and exploring new disease-modifying targets in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer disease. She prioritizes patient education and safety and is dedicated to setting a high standard for patient care.

Lisa M. Gill, DNP, ANP, is an accomplished healthcare professional with a strong educational background. She holds a BSN from the University of Missouri-Columbia (1993), an MSN from Barnes-Jewish College of Nursing (2000), and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (2017). She has served as a DNP and ANP for Washington University/ Barnes-Jewish Hospital for 31 years. Lisa's career philosophy centers on providing holistic care that meets the physical and emotional needs of patients, treating each individual with dignity. She is certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center and licensed by the Missouri Board of Nursing. With expertise in nursing care for congestive heart failure patients, Lisa has presented her work at conferences, including "The Congestive Heart Failure Nurse Development Project" (2016) and "Improving Non-Cardiac Nurses' Knowledge and Comfort Level in Congestive Heart Failure Patient Care" (2017).

Tabitha Gruskowski, NP, is a Nurse Practitioner Fellow in the Division of Hospital Medicine at WashU Medicine. Tabitha is an accomplished nursing professional, with a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Adult Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Saint Joseph's College in Maine. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences from Stonehill College. Since 2021, Tabitha has worked as a Registered Nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she also served as a Clinical Nursing Instructor. Her extensive experience includes roles at Newton Wellesley Hospital, clinical rotations at Lahey Medical Center, and certification in neurology and epilepsy nursing. Tabitha is a recipient of the Massachusetts General Hospital Pillars of Nursing Excellence Award and is committed to advancing patient care and safety through her research efforts.

Anna worked as a hospitalist for BJC Medical Group at Missouri Baptist Hospital before joining the division in February of 2023. She previously volunteered with Casa de Salud in St. Louis, and with the Pulmonary Brigade in Catacamas, Honduras with the International Medical Assistance Foundation. She has bachelor's degrees in English, Spanish, and nursing, and speaks conversational Spanish.
