The HR Operations Team is authorized to complete all PSLF forms on behalf of WashU.
PSLF requests should be sent to HROpsServices@email.wustl.edu. Once the request is received a ticket number will be issued and the ticket will be assigned to one of the HR Operations team members to complete.

It is highly recommended that you use the Federal Student Aid website to complete your form electronically which will then be submitted to the HR Operations team to complete. The FSA is working a year behind in verifying forms and the HROps team has found that they are often declining paper forms that are submitted directly by the individual and then asking them to complete it electronically instead.
