At Barnes-Jewish Hospital, the Patient Experience team makes it a priority to gather feedback from patients after they have been discharged from the hospital. Patricia Litkowski, Medical Director of Patient Experience, along with Heather Lazarides, Director of Patient Experience, and Roma Bordewick, Executive Director of Patient Care Services Operations, reach out to patients post-discharge to see what their experience was like during their stay. In February of 2025, patients reported outstanding interactions with the hospitalists on their care team.
