When patients leave the hospital, they are able to submit surveys to give feedback on their experience during their hospital stay. Patient experience scores are checked monthly, as nurses and doctors aim to improve patient care.
In January-March of 2024, Oncology units 11800 and 12800 received their highest patient experience scores ever! The doctors and nurses celebrated with cake. Great job on the amazing scores and keep up the good work!
