The LeJIT Teaching Award is given to those selected by the Gateway Medicine Clerkship for providing meaningful and timely feedback to medical students via completing just-in-time assessments (also known as “JITs”). These help students develop skills and create a positive learning environment that fosters feedback and growth. A 2 LeJIT 2 Quit sticker is given to those awarded – in reference to 2 Legit 2 Quit 1991 classic by Hammer.
