Beginning on April 1, 2024, our Division of Hospital Medicine initiates a Physician Assistant (PA) Fellowship Program at BJH.
The goal is to provide PAs with additional clinical training and a robust educational experience in Hospital Medicine and relevant subspecialties during the fellowship. This 12-month training program starting April 1, 2024, will be a foundation for our fellows towards development of clinical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and compassionate patient-centered care.
Hannah Gill, a stellar PA student who rotated with us in March of 2023, agreed to be our inaugural recruit for this program. Hannah graduated from PA school at Saint Louis University in December 2023.
Ankita Kapoor, MD and Samuel Reuter, PA-C will serve as the Director and Co-Director of the PA Fellowship Program, respectively.
