Dr. Adam Littich is promoted to Associate Professor of Medicine

Congratulations to Adam Littich, MD, on his promotion from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor of Medicine, retroactive to January 1, 2025.

Dr. Littich joined the Division of Hospital Medicine in 2012. He currently holds the position of Medical Director of the Hospitalist Service at Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital (BJWCH), in addition to Chief of Staff at BJWCH through 2026. These roles have allowed Dr. Littich to become very active in leadership at BJWCH, where he both represents the entire medical staff, and acts as a liaison between the hospital and the physicians and other providers. He plays a vital role in inpatient care delivery. In addition, Adam Littich serves on multiple committees and has a keen interest in quality improvement and high-value patient care. Alongside his leadership responsibilities, Dr. Littich enjoys providing direct patient care as a full-time hospitalist at BJWCH. Moreover, he contributes to the education of future physicians through the medicine teaching services (FIRM Medicine, Procedure Team) at Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
