- Involved in recruitment and retention of faculty to the Division of Hospital Medicine
- Standardize interview and evaluation process, enhance efficiency and turnaround time to select highly qualified candidates
- Work with IDEAS committee to create and inclusive and equitable hiring culture
- Involve faculty in recruitment efforts enhancing transparency and creating a sense of belonging
