After many months of hard work preparing for new faculty orientation, the division showed their appreciation by treating the administration staff to a day at the ballpark. With the support from the faculty, the administration staff, along with Dr. Mark Thoelke, Division Chief, spent an afternoon watching the St. Louis Cardinals compete against the Pittsburgh Pirates. They enjoyed a day in the sun bonding over baseball and hotdogs.
Even Warren Smith, Scheduling System Coordinator, managed to make it onto the jumbotron.
It was the perfect day for everyone to spend some time soaking up the sun, eating ballpark food, and enjoying the company of fellow co-workers. Even though the Cardinals ended the game with a disappointing loss that day, the administration staff all still came out as winners!
